Meal planning for the whole household

The week’s dinners, planned in a minute

Tell Gasture who eats at home, what they can’t eat and how busy the week is. It picks every dinner, writes the shopping list and keeps track of what’s already at home.

Say how the week looks

Which evenings are busy, who’s away, what you’re in the mood for. Gasture weighs hundreds of dishes, picks the ones that suit everyone at the table and says why it chose each one.

Allergies are rules, not suggestions

Nuts, gluten, milk: a dish with something someone can’t eat is never planned for them. Vegetarian, no pork, Jain, or vegetarian on weekdays only: say it once and it holds every week.

Time, cost and nutrition for every dinner

Every recipe shows how long it takes, what it costs per portion and what’s in it, for as many as are eating tonight.

The shopping list writes itself

Everything the week needs, minus what’s already at home, grouped by section. Share the household and everyone sees the same list while you shop.

Cook step by step, with timers

Big text, the amounts for each step, and timers that keep going when the phone is locked.

Home cooking from six countries

What people in Sweden, Spain, Argentina, Uruguay, Mexico and India really cook: weeknight dinners, weekend classics and the traditions, like pea soup on a Swedish Thursday.

Gasture is in English, Swedish and Spanish.

Questions

Is Gasture free?

Yes. Planning, recipes, the shopping list and the pantry are free, with no ads. Premium, with AI help to plan the week and make recipes of your own, is on its way, and the first households get it free.

Do I need an account?

No. Gasture works straight away. You only need an account to share the household with someone else’s phone.

Which countries does it know?

Sweden (also used in Norway, Denmark and Finland), Spain, Argentina, Uruguay, Mexico and India: their dishes, their ingredients and, for all but India, their prices. Elsewhere, choose the country whose food is closest to yours.

Does it handle allergies and diets?

Yes. Allergies and diets are rules: a dinner with something someone can’t eat is never planned for them, and someone who is vegetarian on weekdays gets meat at the weekend.

Which devices does it work on?

Any browser, today, on a computer or a phone. Apps for iPhone and Android are coming soon.
