- 60 gHard cheese, 4 slices
- ½Lettuce, a few leaves
- 2Tomatoes, sliced

- 4 tbspKetchup

On the side
- 1 kgPotato, scrubbed
- 2 tbspRapeseed oil

Method
- Heat the oven to 225 °C. Cut the potatoes into wedges, toss with the oil, paprika and salt and spread them in a single layer on a lined baking tray.
- Roast the wedges in the middle of the oven for 30–35 minutes, turning them halfway.
- Shape the mince into four patties, about 1.5 cm thick and a little wider than the buns. Press a small dent into the middle of each so they stay flat as they cook.
- Rinse the lettuce, slice the tomatoes and cut the red onion into thin rings.
- Season the patties with salt and pepper and fry them in a hot pan for 3–4 minutes per side. Put a slice of cheese on each patty for the last minute.
- Warm the buns briefly in the pan. Build the burgers with lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup and mustard and serve with the wedges.
